The Legal Ownership of All Souls — Since 1302
To understand where you stand today, you must understand how the trust framework was constructed — and by whom. The architecture of the system that governs your legal identity reaches back over seven hundred years, rooted not in common law but in the ecclesiastical ambitions of the Roman Pontificate.
The First Trust — Unam Sanctam (1302)
Pope Boniface VIII issued the Papal Bull "Unam Sanctam" — the first express trust in recorded history, and the most consequential. Its final declaration reads: "Furthermore, we declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff." This was not merely a theological statement. It was a legal claim — an express trust deed conveying the entire planet and everything upon it, including every living soul, into trust under the Pope's authority. One man claimed title to all of humanity.
The First Crown — Crown Land (1455)
Pope Nicholas V created the first Testamentary Trust through the Papal Bull "Romanus Pontifex." This deed conveyed the right of use of the land — drawing from the foundation laid by Unam Sanctam — to the Pontiff and his successors in perpetuity. From this instrument springs what is called "crown land." The practical implication: every child born from that point forward entered into the First Cestui Que Vie Trust, being stripped of all beneficial entitlement and rights in land. The land was claimed before you arrived.
The Second Crown — The Commonwealth (1481)
Pope Sixtus IV issued the Papal Bull "Aeterni Regis" — meaning "Eternal Crown" — creating what became known as the Crown of Aragon, and later the Crown of Spain. This second trust established the highest sovereign stewardship over all Roman subjects under the Pontiff's rule. In 1605, the Crown passed to England. From this trust springs the Second Cestui Que Vie Trust — created at the moment of your birth and sealed by the sale of your birth certificate as a bond to the private central bank of your nation. In this transaction, ownership of your flesh is conveyed away. You become, in legal terms, a Roman person — a subject in perpetual servitude.
The Third Crown — The Ecclesiastical See (1537)
Pope Paul III created the Third Crown through the Papal Bull "Convocation," opening the Council of Trent. This final testamentary trust deed claimed all "lost souls" — those not subject to the first two instruments — for the See. The Third Cestui Que Vie Trust, arising from this Bull, claimed jurisdiction over your soul itself: your mind, your free will, your spiritual capacity. The three trusts together — Land, Body, Soul — form the complete architecture through which a living man or woman is legally presumed to be lost, incompetent, and subject to administration by the State as trustee.
