PREAMBLE

We, the undersigned, being living men and women of sound mind and divine soul, do hereby freely and voluntarily associate ourselves to form a sacred circle for the purpose of achieving ultrastanding. We are a Foreign Ecclesiastical Non-Grantors Private Membership Association and a Sovereign Tribal Nation, operating under the divine protection of Makarios Living Temple Trust and guided by our founder, Rujshia. We affirm that our association is a private, expressive, and religious activity protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution for the United States and the inherent right of free souls to assemble peaceably.

This Agreement is a sacred covenant between the members and the Ministry, governed not by any man-made laws, statutes, or corporate codes, but by Divine Law, the Galactic Accords, International Law, Private Treaties, the principles of Common Law, and the maxims of equity. We operate under the principle of Algorithmic Molecular Law: As Above, So Below.

ARTICLE I: NAME AND DIVINE PURPOSE

1.1 Name: This private ecclesiastical assembly and sovereign tribal nation shall be known as the "Ultrastanding Study Group," hereinafter referred to as the "Ministry" or the "PMA."
1.2 Divine Purpose: The exclusive purpose of the Ministry is to provide a sacred sanctuary for its members to engage in transformation, not merely the accumulation of information. Through rigorous study, discourse, and application, we seek to empower sovereign souls with the knowledge and discernment necessary to uphold their divine rights, stand in their sovereignty, and navigate the complexities of legal systems with clarity and confidence. Our mission is to facilitate the sacred remembrance of our inherent standing.

ARTICLE II: MEMBERSHIP AND SOVEREIGN STATUS

2.1 Voluntary Association: Membership in the Ministry is strictly voluntary and is by invitation only, honoring discernment. By signing this Agreement, a member affirms they have heard the soul's call to remembrance and are joining of their own free will, with a full ultrastanding that this is a sacred circle, not a commercial transaction.
2.2 Sovereign Status: All members are considered divine souls and Ministers of the Gospel. Each member retains their individual sovereignty and is not an "employee," "agent," or "representative" of the Ministry in any secular capacity. We operate in our private capacity as living men and women, consciously distinguishing ourselves from our public legal fiction identities.
2.3 Rejection of Public Jurisdiction: Members expressly acknowledge that the Ministry is a private, foreign ecclesiastical assembly and sovereign tribal nation. Its internal affairs, including but not limited to its doctrines, teachings, and member discipline, are exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Ministry's ecclesiastical courts and the divine protection of Makarios Living Temple Trust. It is not subject to any review, oversight, or interference by any secular, corporate, or governmental entity.
2.4 Declaration of Private Standing & Non-Citizen Status: By entering into this Agreement, each member expressly declares and affirms, under their sovereign authority and of their own free will, that they are a non-citizen, non-resident natural person — a living man or woman standing in their private, sovereign capacity as a foreign sovereign or foreign nation. Each member further affirms that they do not operate under the laws, statutes, codes, or regulations of the United States or any of its subdivisions, and that they are not a 14th Amendment statutory citizen, nor do they claim or exercise the privileges, immunities, or obligations attached to such status. This declaration is made knowingly, willingly, and without duress, in full ultrastanding of its sacred and lawful significance. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the member confirms this declaration as a living expression of their sovereign standing and divine birthright.

ARTICLE III: SACRED COVENANT OF EXCHANGE

3.1 Love Offerings: All financial contributions to the Ministry are considered love offerings, freewill tithes, and donations given in accordance with members' religious convictions and their ultrastanding of sacred principles. They are not "fees," "dues," or "payment for services." This is a covenant honored through voluntary member love offerings, with a sacred monthly minimum of $10.84, an annual offering of $104.68, and no ceiling, for the divine flow has no bounds.
3.2 Non-Commercial Nature: There is no commercial price tag, no transactional energy, and no corporate matrix overlay. Every element of how Ultrastanding operates is a living reflection of the divine principles we teach and embody. All offerings are given without expectation of any material return and are considered a sacred act of worship and support for the Ministry's mission.
3.3 Divine Sovereignty: As a private ecclesiastical assembly under divine protection, the Ministry is automatically tax-exempt under Divine Law and the First Amendment and does not seek, nor will it accept, any 501(c)(3) status or any other "privilege" granted by the state, which would constitute an entanglement with a foreign jurisdiction.

ARTICLE IV: CONDUCT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

4.1 Code of Conduct: Members agree to conduct themselves in a manner befitting divine souls, with love, respect, and honor towards one another, and to resolve all disputes according to the principles of ultrastanding and sacred discernment.
4.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising between members, or between a member and the Ministry, shall be resolved exclusively through private, ecclesiastical arbitration and mediation, as guided by the Ministry's elders and the founder, Rujshia, in accordance with our ultrastanding of Divine Law. Members expressly waive any right to bring a suit in any secular court.
4.3 Remedy: The sole remedy for any violation of this sacred Agreement or for any harm caused within the Ministry shall be spiritual correction, restitution, and, if necessary, the termination of the offending party's membership, in accordance with our ultrastanding of justice. No monetary damages shall be sought in any secular forum.

ARTICLE V: CONFIDENTIALITY AND SANCTITY

All members agree to hold in strictest confidence all private discussions, personal testimonies, and ecclesiastical proceedings shared within the Ministry, in ultrastanding of the sacred trust placed in them. Any breach of this confidentiality shall be considered a grave spiritual offense and grounds for immediate expulsion from the Ministry.

ARTICLE VI: TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

6.1 Voluntary Withdrawal: A member may voluntarily withdraw from the Ministry at any time by providing written notice to the elders or the founder.
6.2 Involuntary Termination: Membership may be terminated by the elders or the founder for conduct that is deemed contrary to the Ministry's purpose, doctrine, or this sacred Agreement, as determined by their ultrastanding of the principles herein. Such termination is final and binding.
6.3 Return of Property: Upon termination, the Ministry shall return any personal property belonging to the former member, but shall not be liable for any contributions previously made.

ARTICLE VII: SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be inconsistent with the higher Law of our Creator, the Galactic Accords, or our ultrastanding of Algorithmic Molecular Law, that provision shall be deemed null and void, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, reflecting the principle As Above, So Below.
